Donna Hampton Counseling

Donna Hampton Counseling is a private counseling practice led by Donna Hampton, a licensed clinical mental health counselor supervisor and EMDR-certified therapist. She works with adults on grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges and life transitions, combining traditional counseling with EMDR to help clients reprocess trauma and challenge negative beliefs. Her practice has been active since 2016, and she has worked with clients since 1998.

Sessions are offered in person and by TeleHealth, which extends to clients anywhere in North Carolina. The office is a ground-floor space in an office condo off Westgate Center Drive near I-40, with plenty of parking by the door. Donna also supervises graduate interns and other therapists, and she is pursuing licensure in other states.
