Deep Well Counseling PLLC

Deep Well Counseling is a counseling practice offering individual therapy, couples counseling and group therapy, with a Christian faith-based approach. Its services include support for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD and mood and personality challenges, trauma recovery, addiction counseling for individuals and families, and relationship counseling. The practice also provides state-approved DWI/DUI assessments and immigration evaluations.

Therapy is by appointment, and the practice is now accepting new adolescent and adult clients. Jackie Vázquez, LCMHC, NCC, LCAS, leads the team, and a newer therapist, Clay Oliver, LCMHC, works with adolescents and adults and sometimes with their families. The office is on Reynolda Road in Winston-Salem.
