Tidal Wave Athletics

Tidal Wave Athletics is a children's gym offering gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling, dance, and boys' programs, along with homeschool PE, summer camps, birthday parties, and private lessons. Its character program, S.H.A.R.K. (Show Respect, Humility, Accountability, Responsibility, and Kindness), is built into every class, and athletes who live out the monthly trait are recognized with a photo on the SHARK Wall.

The gym hosts two performance shows a year, and parents can follow their athlete's skill check-offs online. Yearly memberships include access to The Reef, an indoor playground, and a parent workout area. Classes run on weekday evenings at 1109 Berryville Avenue in Winchester, and parents are asked to use the front desk for make-up classes and drops.
