Polka Dot Pot

Polka Dot Pot is a create-your-own art studio where walk-in visitors paint pottery, fuse glass, hand-build clay, make candles and make board art or canvas paintings. Pottery painting is the core of the studio, with more than 200 pieces to choose from, and paints are non-toxic and lead free, so they are safe for food use.

Walk-ins are welcome, though reservations are needed for parties and recommended for large groups. Pottery is fired in the studio and is ready for pick-up in about a week, while clay pieces need a return visit after firing. The studio is on the Old Town Walking Mall at 157 North Loudoun Street in Winchester, and the shop also runs kids' party options and summer camps.
