The Press Burger

The Press Burger makes fresh grass-fed burgers that you pick, press and top yourself, with the patties pressed to order. The menu also includes crispy chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, fresh-cut fries, hand-spun milkshakes and a vegan smoky carrot dog, with homemade banana pudding and whoopie pies for dessert.

The Wilton location on River Road suits a quick lunch, a family dinner or takeout, and orders can be placed online for pickup. The restaurant also caters offices, school events, team meals and private parties. A second location is in New Canaan. Guests with allergies are asked to tell the team, since foods are prepared where allergens are present.
