Heibeck's Stand

Heibeck's Stand is a seasonal hot dog, burger and ice cream stand in Wilton, Connecticut, and has been a local favorite since 1931. Its burgers are freshly ground and never frozen, served on a locally baked bun, and its Maine lobster rolls have won awards. The ice cream is made in house, with rotating flavors from small-batch creameries alongside the stand's own recipes.

The stand runs in the warmer months, with its schedule subject to weather, and is closed for the season in winter. The business is still run by members of the Heibeck family, and the menu has grown to include items such as falafel. Orders can be placed online, and gift cards are available. It is on Danbury Road in the Georgetown section of Wilton.
