Omega Project is a physical therapy and sports performance practice that focuses on runners and other athletes, with co-founders Dr. Doug Adams and Dr. Brianne Scott leading a team that includes specialists in sports medicine, post-operative rehab and running injuries. Known for 3D Gait Analysis to study stride mechanics, the practice also offers dry needling, TECAR therapy, laser therapy, massage and infrared sauna sessions, along with run coaching and golfer's evaluations.
Omega Project is a fee-per-service, cash-based practice that does not bill insurance, though it provides superbills for reimbursement. Patients can see a physical therapist without a referral for up to 30 days in Delaware, and dry needling requires a physician prescription. Visits are by appointment, with a free discovery visit available. The practice has two Wilmington locations, one on North Van Buren Street and one at the DuPont Country Club fitness center on Rockland Road.
