Quality Aire Systems

Quality Aire Systems is a licensed, bonded and insured mechanical contractor that handles HVAC installation, service, ductwork fabrication and sheet metal work for both residential and commercial customers. The company began in the residential market with new home installs and replacements, then took on larger commercial, restaurant, school and healthcare projects. Its in-house sheet metal shop can fabricate custom ductwork, and the firm can also prepare CAD duct design drawings.

Quality Aire offers preventative maintenance contracts along with quarterly and yearly service agreements. Its crews include service technicians, journeyman installers and apprentices trained through a four-year apprenticeship program. The office is at 328 W 6 Mile Rd in Whitmore Lake, and the company is run by members of the Marinkovich family.
