MBK Constructors

MBK Constructors is a design-build remodeling contractor that has worked in the Ann Arbor area since 1995. Its work includes home additions, basement remodeling with moisture control, insulation and drainage, egress window installation, and structural repairs such as foundation fixes and replacing damaged basement walls. Its lot rebuild service handles knockdown and rebuild projects from demolition and design through to move-in.

The company says it can work within a range of budgets and can help customers with permits and local building code compliance. Most trades are handled by its own crews, with vetted subcontractors used for plumbing and drywall. Homeowners can request an in-person consultation by phone or email, but the company does not offer free estimates because detailed quotes take time. Its office is in Whitmore Lake, and the team serves Ann Arbor along with Chelsea, Brighton, Dexter, Ypsilanti, Saline, Plymouth, Northville, Novi, Milford, South Lyon and the Huron Chain of Lakes area.
