Stitch Haven LLC

Stitch Haven is a yarn store and fiber arts community in Westport, carrying yarn for knitters and crocheters along with needles, crochet hooks, notions, measuring tools, project bags, buttons, patterns and books. The shop also runs knitting and crochet classes for beginners through advanced makers, including seasonal and project-based classes and private lessons, and hand-dyed yarn colorways inspired by local scenery.

Classes are small-group and hands-on, and the staff will help with yarn choices and questions about a project in progress. An Open Table Time lets members work on their own projects in the shop, and the store has a newsletter. Stitch Haven is at 420 Post Road West in Westport and draws customers from across Fairfield County. The shop is moving and will reopen at its new address on October 21, with the current location closed from October 18 for the move.
