Maine Custodial Services

Maine Custodial Services is a family-owned janitorial company that cleans large commercial facilities as well as homes, with more than 15 years in the industry. Regular visits typically cover trash removal, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming and mopping, and deep cleanings can add windows, baseboards, cabinets and appliances. Floor scrubbing, stripping and waxing are offered too, most often on VCT flooring in schools, hospitals, restaurants and hotels.

Commercial clients can build a cleaning scope around what their business needs. Free estimates come by email, or the company will visit on site if requested. Staff are trained, insured and background checked, and the company is bonded. Floor care jobs require an in-person walkthrough before pricing. The business is based in Westbrook and serves Cumberland and York counties, with the Portland area as its core.
