Clarke Property Management

Clarke Property Management is a full-service property management company in Westbrook, Maine, handling rental properties and condo units across the greater Portland area. The firm finds and screens tenants, collects rent, and arranges upkeep and repairs, and it also helps owners who want to buy investment property. Its painters, carpenters and other tradesmen work in-house, which the company says makes service faster and can lower costs for owners.

Owners who want to hand off day-to-day management can list a property or start an application with the firm online, and prospective tenants can apply through the same process. Clarke runs background and credit checks on all applicants. The company is a member of the Rental Housing Alliance of Southern Maine and works with the office at 963 Main St. in Westbrook.
