SkyHeart Counseling

SkyHeart Counseling is a counseling practice offering individual therapy and couples therapy, with the couples work drawing on the Gottman Method. Individual sessions cover areas such as anxiety, depression, anger management, grief, trauma, stress and codependency, and the practice also works with relationship concerns including infidelity, premarital preparation and open relationships.

Sessions are currently offered by telehealth only, through video. The practice serves New Jersey residents only, and a free consultation can be requested through the contact form. Payment options listed include credit and debit cards, HSA funds and out-of-network plans.
