Sisters

Sisters is a locally owned gift shop in West Des Moines that stocks jewelry, accessories and home décor. The cases hold Mariana jewelry, unique handmade pieces, and boho-style wraps and necklaces, along with handbags and scarves. The home section carries fragrances, plush bedding and colorful rugs, and a separate section offers baby outfits, stuffed animals, games and a wide selection of books.

Shoppers can browse and order online before visiting the shop on 5th Street. The shop is open during the day Monday through Saturday and stays open late on Thursdays from May through September. It is usually closed on Sundays, though it opens when there is an event in Valley Junction.
