Power Life is a yoga and fitness studio offering heated yoga, hot Pilates, Power Sculpt, Power Barre and F.I.T. classes, along with teacher trainings and retreats. New students can start with an intro week of unlimited classes for $10, and beginners are welcome to try different formats before choosing what to keep coming back to.
