Embarq Signature Homes

Embarq Signature Homes is a custom home builder based in West Des Moines that designs homes around how each family lives. Projects start with an initial meeting about vision, lifestyle, budget and timeline, then move on to choosing a homesite and floor plan, or creating a fully custom layout. The team offers in-house design support, and typical build times run six to seven months.

Before construction starts, clients walk through their plans at full scale in a step called Walk Your Plans Des Moines, which allows layout changes before anything is built. The company is part of the Hubbell Realty Company family and works with homeowners across the Greater Des Moines area. Ideas that do not come from a standard plan book are welcome, and the company has Timberline Village lots available.
