Birthright of West Chester

Birthright of West Chester is a nonprofit pregnancy center that offers free pregnancy testing, options counseling and support for people facing an unexpected pregnancy. Its services also include referrals to other resources, and the staff aims to be a listening ear and a steady source of help as people think through their next steps.

Appointments are confidential, carry no cost, and can be booked through the center's website. Services are offered without discrimination by age, race, income, nationality, religion or disability. Spanish is spoken, and some weekday afternoons are set aside for bilingual appointments. The center does not provide or refer for abortion services.
