The company says it is ISO 9001 certified and works with water-based coatings.

The business sells to manufacturers rather than walk-in customers, and its listed service area is worldwide. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with after-hours appointments and emergency service available by phone. The office is on South Brooklyn Avenue in Wellsville.
