Creative Ways Therapy

Creative Ways Therapy is a counseling practice offering therapy for adults, adolescents and children. Its work centers on trauma, anxiety and life transitions such as divorce, becoming a parent, changing schools or adjusting to retirement. For children, the practice uses play therapy to help them express feelings and build confidence, and for adults it uses EMDR among other evidence-based approaches.

Sessions are offered in person in Washington, DC and virtually to clients in DC, Maryland and Virginia. The practice also provides consultation, clinical supervision and internships, and immigration evaluations. The office is on Georgia Avenue Northwest in the Brightwood area of the city.
