Speciale Construction Services

Speciale Construction Services is a general contractor working on commercial tenant improvements, residential renovations, and custom homes. Commercial work includes office build-outs, retail spaces, and medical and professional offices, while home projects range from kitchen and bathroom remodels to whole-home renovations and new custom residences. The company also lists hurricane restoration work among its projects.

The firm is family-owned and run by owner Anthony Speciale, who has more than 30 years in construction and worked his way up from tradesman to commercial superintendent. Clients include homeowners, business owners, developers, architects and property managers. The company says it works from Venice and serves Sarasota, Bradenton, Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida, and it lists delivery as an option.
