Level 4 Custom Homes and Contracting

Level 4 is a Venice-based design-build firm that builds custom homes, handles large-scale renovations and does finish carpentry across Southwest Florida. The company also offers design services, including interior design, selections and custom cabinetry for homeowners and builders. Its work covers kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, outdoor living areas and upgrades to doors and windows.

The firm limits how many new build projects it takes on each year so each client gets close attention, and it offers a free consultation call to talk through a project. Troy French, the owner and building contractor, leads the company. Level 4 serves Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee and Collier counties from its office at 245 Center Court in Venice.
