Quartermaster Yacht Club

Quartermaster Yacht Club is a recreational boating club on inner Quartermaster Harbor on Vashon Island, founded in 1948. Its nearly 200 members are all island residents, and the club offers club cruises and events through the year, along with a fleet of small sailing vessels for members to use. Sailing lessons for children and adults are offered each summer in cooperation with the Vashon Park District.

Moorage is in high demand, with a wait list the club describes as currently 2.5 years or more, so prospective members should ask about joining early. The club has reciprocal privileges at more than 80 yacht clubs from British Columbia to California. The clubhouse is at 23428 Vashon Highway SW on Vashon.
