The team presses the fruit, ferments the juice, then blends and bottles the cider on the farm, so every step stays in-house. The Uptown tasting room on SW Bank Road keeps longer hours from Thursday through Monday, while the orchard opens seasonally from May through October on weekends. Bottles are sold in Washington and Oregon, and customers can also buy directly at the tasting room, online or through the cider club, which suits anyone who wants to stock up between visits.
