James Mobile Auto Repair

James Mobile Auto Repair is a mobile mechanic that comes to the customer rather than working from a shop. The work covers brake inspections, oil changes, starters, alternators and batteries, check engine diagnostics, radiator and water pump service, maintenance, and pre-purchase inspections for used cars, with a computer scan included. The business also works on classic cars and lists the major vehicle manufacturers it services.

Mobile calls can happen at a home or office, and the mechanics will also provide roadside assistance, though they will not work on a car on a freeway or bridge. Phone calls are returned within 24 hours, and a booking form is available on the website. Hours are listed as weekdays 8am to 6pm, with weekends by appointment only. The business serves Clark County, including Vancouver, Camas, Battle Ground, Ridgefield and Washougal.
