Real estate in Vancouver

Real estate agents help people buy and sell homes and investment properties. Many offer services such as home valuations, property searches, comparative market analyses, and help with title and escrow, and some provide professional photos or virtual tours for listings. Before you choose one, ask how many homes they have sold in the neighborhoods you care about and whether they will walk you through a seller's net proceeds estimate in plain numbers. Check that the agent is licensed in Washington and ask who handles the paperwork if your deal runs into trouble. If you are buying, meet with an agent before you start touring homes so they can set up searches that match your budget and needs. In Vancouver, a good agent will explain what a comparable sale does and does not tell you.
