Evolution Dynamic Fitness

Evolution Dynamic Fitness is a gym built around personal training, small group training sessions and group exercise. Its memberships are exclusive, and new visitors can book a free assessment to get a sense of where to start. Trainers work with clients one-on-one as well as in small groups.

Members can use the gym seven days a week, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Visitors need an appointment because the doors stay secured at all times, which the gym notes may be an inconvenience. The gym is in Valrico, Florida, on Lynx Paw Trail.
