Waiting Room

Waiting Room is a rock and roll themed bar in Valparaiso serving craft cocktails, a long whiskey list and a menu of bar food. The cocktails are the focus, with classics like an Old Fashioned made with Woodford Reserve and an espresso martini-style Midnight Espresso, alongside tequila, rum and gin drinks with playful names. Food runs to bites like the French Dipper, Mini Ditkas, Buffalo chicken tenders, a fancy pizza puff and flatbreads, plus dessert items such as a Pop Tart of the Month.

The bar is at 56 Indiana Ave and opens in the late afternoon, with hours posted for Wednesday through Saturday evenings. Happy hour specials, a rotating selection of draft and can beers, and mocktails are on the menu. Gift cards are sold and the bar shows its music and features on its social pages.
