Rolling Stonebaker

Rolling Stonebaker is a wood-fired pizza business that started as a food truck serving northwest Indiana and parts of Michigan and South Bend. Its pizzas are built around classic combinations with a few twists, such as the Stonebaker pizza, and the menu also includes pasta, soups, starters, salads and wood-fired desserts. Everything is cooked over red oak that is delivered locally and chopped on site.

The brick-and-mortar restaurant is in downtown Valparaiso at 54 Lafayette St., in Central Park Plaza. The food truck is also available for catering, and guests can watch their pizza cook in the wood-fired oven. Gluten-free crust is available for an extra charge, and online ordering is offered. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and opens at 11 am the rest of the week, staying open later on Friday and Saturday.
