Shadow Fist Kung Fu and Tai Chi

Shadow Fist Kung Fu and Tai Chi teaches Northern Shaolin Eagle Claw Kung Fu and Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan, along with tumbling and yoga. The school is known for Eagle Claw training that covers traditional forms, weapons, and fighting application, and it offers classes for children from age 5 as well as adults.

Instructors adjust exercises for each student's fitness level, learning style, and health needs, and kung fu and tai chi classes are grouped by sash rank. New students can try the first week of classes free. The school is on Hickman Road in Windsor Heights, and it also hosts lion dance demonstrations.
