Des Moines Cosmetic Dentistry Center

Des Moines Cosmetic Dentistry Center is the practice of Stephen Forrest, DDS, who has spent more than 30 years in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Its main focus is cosmetic work, Invisalign clear aligners and dental implants, including porcelain veneers and full smile makeovers that combine several treatments into one plan. Dr. Forrest also offers teeth whitening, dental bonding, full-mouth reconstruction and general family care.

New patients are welcome. Consultations can be booked by phone or through the online form, and treatment plans are built around each patient's goals and timeline. For dental implants, Dr. Forrest plans the treatment and works with a trusted surgical provider for placement, then completes the final restoration. The office is in Clive and serves patients from Des Moines, West Des Moines, Waukee and Urbandale. Weekdays are open most of the day Monday through Thursday, with a shorter Friday morning schedule and weekends closed.
