Blue Canyon Kitchen & Tavern serves homemade dishes with new twists on classics, in a lodge-style dining room with a tavern side that runs happy hour on weekdays. The menu leans on familiar comfort food, and the restaurant holds a Sunday brunch buffet once a month. Private dining is available in three spaces called the Porch, the Terrace and the Lodge, and the kitchen also does catering for events.

The restaurant sits on a sandstone bluff in Twinsburg, with views over wooded hills of Northeast Ohio. Inside, hand-hewn cedar logs, cathedral ceilings and several fieldstone fireplaces give it a national-park lodge feel. Reservations and gift card sales are handled by phone around midday, Monday through Saturday, and dinner service runs most evenings with later hours on Friday and Saturday.
