AVADirect Custom Computers

AVADirect Custom Computers is a custom PC manufacturer that hand-assembles desktops, gaming PCs, workstations, laptops, mini PCs and servers to each customer's configuration. The company says it stocks only part of its roughly 15,000 components and builds from a wide selection of cases and parts, so customers can pick nearly any compatible combination. Its customers range from gamers to engineers and military procurement officers, and it also sells VR systems and TAA-compliant machines.

Orders are assembled and tested in Twinsburg, Ohio, and each computer gets a 24-hour burn-in before it ships in protective foam. Financing and payment plans are available, and the warranty runs from a 2-year basic plan up to a platinum tier. Phone support is open weekdays, and the company is reachable by toll-free number, with sales, technical support and customer service handled by separate staff.
