DFD Russel Medical Centers

DFD Russell Medical Centers runs its Turner Health Center as a primary care practice for adults and children. Services include women's and men's health, preventive screenings, diabetes management, oral health care and integrated behavioral health, along with a program for opiate and substance abuse treatment. DFD also operates health centers in Leeds and Monmouth.

The Turner office is on Route 4 and is open weekdays, with evening hours on Mondays until 7:30 pm. Established patients can reach an on-call clinician around the clock by phone. The practice is accepting new patients and offers a sliding fee discount and a discount medication program. Lab draws not done during an office visit need to be scheduled in advance. Services are offered in several languages on request.
