Slate Sourdough

Slate Sourdough is an artisan bakery making sourdough boules, baguettes and focaccia alongside croissants, pain au chocolat, morning buns and cinnamon rolls. Everything is baked in small batches with organic ingredients, and the menu rotates seasonally with pastries like kouign-amann and banana chai cake. The Jalapeño Cheddar Boule is a popular pick.

Pre-orders are taken Sunday through Wednesday for pickup Thursday through Saturday, which saves about $3 on boules and guarantees a loaf when the bakery sells out. The bakery also runs a Cinny Roll Cart for weddings, corporate events, popups and private parties, with packages starting at $500. The bakery is at 11 E Reconciliation Way in downtown Tulsa.
