Mexican Bakery of Tulsa

Pancho Anaya bakes pan dulce, Mexican cookies and pan blanco, along with desserts and seasonal items. The family's bread and pastry traditions date to 1912 in Michoacán, Mexico, and the business brought its bakery to Tulsa more than 20 years ago. A fifth-generation family member led its move into manufacturing in 2020.

The Tulsa bakery now has three retail locations, and orders can be placed online. Beyond the counter, the company supplies local restaurants and distributors and co-packs products nationally from its manufacturing facility on South Garnett Road.
