RUHE Fertility + Prenatal

RUHE Fertility + Prenatal is an acupuncture and fertility coaching practice founded by Ivelisse DeJongh, an acupuncturist and fertility coach. It supports people preparing for IVF or IUI with acupuncture and low-level laser therapy, runs a natural fertility enhancement program for couples trying to conceive, and provides prenatal care that addresses symptoms like morning sickness, acid reflux and back pain, along with postpartum support.

New clients usually start with a free discovery call and then book a first visit. Fertility coaching is one-on-one and looks at labs, cycle history, hormones and nutrition to build a personalized plan. The practice also treats men's reproductive health and gynecological concerns such as menstrual irregularities, endometriosis and PCOS. It is located in Trumbull, Connecticut.
