Plasko's Farm

Plasko's Farm is a working farm in Trumbull that now runs a creamery and café. Its homemade ice cream and Italian ices are made fresh daily on the premises, and the menu includes soft serve, old-fashioned sundaes, banana boats, milkshakes, soda floats, flurries and flavored slushes. Take-home options include hand-packed pints and quarts, flying saucers, ice cream pies and ice cream cakes. The café serves espresso drinks, cold brew and tea, along with baked goods such as apple cider donuts.

Cake orders and specialty ice cream orders are placed by phone, and online ordering is available for the café. Delivery is offered through DoorDash and Uber Eats for the full café menu. Indoor seating includes a stone fireplace in a restored barn, and there is a spacious outdoor area. The farm is at 670 Daniels Farm Road in Trumbull and draws visitors from Monroe, Fairfield, Shelton and Easton.
