Core 450

Core 450 is a chef-driven restaurant known for its open kitchen, custom-cut proteins and a 50-ounce tomahawk steak. The menu blends modern American cooking with global influences, and guest favorites include venison chops, maple bourbon salmon, duck entrées and a Himalayan salt-stone dining experience. Cocktails and a curated wine list accompany the food.

The restaurant is open to the public, and no Cherokee Valley membership is required. Reservations are recommended and can be made online through Resy or by phone. Smart-casual attire is encouraged, and the outdoor patio overlooks the Cherokee Valley Golf Course and the Blue Ridge foothills. Dinner is served Wednesday through Saturday, and the restaurant sits on the grounds of Cherokee Valley Golf Club about 20 minutes north of downtown Greenville.
