American Illumination

American Illumination designs, manufactures and supplies LED light engines, LED modules, luminaires and custom lighting solutions. Its core work is plug-and-play LED light engines for OEMs and lighting brands, along with private label and kitted luminaires built to a client's specifications. The company also sources a vetted line of LED products from outside manufacturers for commercial, residential, landscape and hospitality projects.

Work usually starts with a consultation to discuss scope, whether that means engines, custom designs, private label programs or procurement help. The team then identifies options that fit the budget and timeline, works with the client's team through pre-production, and handles development, production and delivery. The company is based in Torrance.
