Topanga Creek Outpost

Topanga Creek Outpost is a leather goods studio that hand-makes belts, wallets, tote bags, purses and journal covers from full-grain hides sourced from Wickett & Craig, Hermann Oak and Horween tanneries. The studio also builds custom leather accents, such as door handles, for designers and architects and offers hands-on workshops in wallet, bag, belt and journal cover making.

The workshop sits in a wood cabin beside a creek in Topanga Canyon, with a showroom open to visitors on weekend afternoons. Visits can also be scheduled by appointment, and the studio is closed on major holidays. Businesses can apply for wholesale accounts or order private branding, and Topanga State Park, with its hiking and mountain biking trails, is a short ride away.
