ZaZa Wood Fired Pizza makes Italian-style pizza in a wood-fired oven imported from Italy, with imported flour, San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. The menu also covers Mediterranean dishes such as gyro and chicken shawarma rice bowls, falafel sandwich platters, fattoush and lentil soup, plus beef lasagna and a range of salads.

The kitchen grills its own meat and prepares vegetables fresh rather than pre-packaged, and it offers gluten-free and cauliflower crusts. Customers can eat in, take out or order delivery within a limited area, and catering is available for events. Family and party-size salads are for pick-up or delivery only. The restaurant is on Executive Parkway in Toledo.
