Freshens

Freshens is a fresh casual restaurant known for prepared-to-order grilled flatbreads, tossed salads served in crispy bowls, and rice bowls with global flavors such as Thai Chicken and Buffalo. The menu also includes fresh-blended smoothies, wild harvested açai bowls and hand-held breakfast items, with meatless options made with Quorn.

The menu is built for personalization and quick service, and guests can add their choice of protein to a salad. Smoothies are made with 100% clean ingredients, with no artificial preservatives, sweeteners or flavors. Founded in 1985, the company is privately held. This Toledo location is one of its many spots, and much of the chain's network is on college campuses and in airports.
