Up North Construction

Up North Construction builds new custom and semi-custom homes, and the company says it has specialized in residential construction since 1995. Homeowners can choose from its existing floor plans, buy one of its current market homes, or have a home built on their own lot or land. Clients can select exterior and interior finishes, and the company works with them through design, planning and construction.

The business is family-owned and operated, led by Ben Mosier in its second generation, with Dale and Susanne Mosier and Chelsey Mosier also involved, Chelsey focusing on design and customer experience. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, and the company is based in Tipp City, Ohio. The company offers free estimates and a one-year warranty on new builds.
