CrossFit Heights

CrossFit Heights is a gym offering CrossFit classes built on constantly varied functional movements at high intensity, combining Olympic weightlifting, bodyweight gymnastics and cardiovascular work. The gym also runs strength and conditioning and powerlifting, and it now hosts adult and kids Jiu Jitsu classes taught by Frostbite Jiu Jitsu's Ohio chapter. Coaches guide members of all experience levels, from beginners to elite athletes.

The gym's members call it the box and tend to be a tight community. There are no contracts, and new members can take a free trial week of CrossFit, with the first Jiu Jitsu class also free. The facility has showers, a locker room, a kids area and a drink and snack counter. It is at 4225 Gibson Drive in Tipp City.
