The Local Provisions serves made-to-order salads, sandwiches and burgers, with gluten-free options and a seasonal rotating menu. It pairs its food with locally produced wine and craft beer, and the menu is built around the idea of quality food, drink and experiences for the community.

The Local is located at Vail Headquarters in Temecula, a historic, family-friendly area with shopping, food and events held throughout the year. Hours run through the week with later evening closings on Friday and Saturday, and Sunday is an earlier afternoon close.
