Sample Properties

Sample Properties designs and builds custom homes in the Tampa Bay area and also takes on remodeling projects. The company describes a close working relationship with clients from the first design conversation through move-in, with interior design help for selecting materials and finishes.

The team includes founders, project managers and an interior design coordinator who oversee each build. Clients can start with a consultation request through the website or by calling the office at the Tampa address, and the company also says it can help owners who want to sell their lot. Many of its customers return for later projects or refer friends.
