Alvarez Homes

Alvarez Homes is a custom home builder that designs and builds original estate homes, along with distinctive renovations. The company has been building since 1983 and says it has completed more than 400 homes, with the most recent count reaching over 450, mostly in Tampa and on the Pinellas County beaches. Its homes are built with an emphasis on healthy, energy-efficient and technologically advanced construction, and projects often include features like swimming pools and family entertainment areas.

The company is run by founder and president Bobby Alvarez, who handles questions and guides clients through design and construction personally. Work starts with a conversation about the client's plans, and the headquarters on Hudson Lane in Tampa has been the home base since 1996. Clients can reach the team by phone or through the website's contact form.
