Limber Arts

Limber Arts is a Pilates and personal training studio offering mat Pilates series, small group circuits, private sessions and reformer duets. Its beginner-friendly mat class series is built to develop core strength, balanced muscle tone and overall energy, and it works for people who have never done Pilates before.

New clients can start with a free consultation, a relaxed conversation about health and fitness goals, injuries and schedule before choosing classes or services. A small group kickstarter package pairs two private sessions with two group classes at an introductory discount. The studio is at 117 North Tacoma Avenue in Tacoma, and it also offers studio rental.
