Holy City Building and Remodeling

Holy City Building and Remodeling is a remodeling and construction company that handles sunroom and enclosure builds, bathroom remodels, flooring, roofing, interior renovations, room additions, decks and patios, and accessory dwelling units. The sunrooms and enclosures are stick-built on site rather than pre-manufactured, and the company describes its work as custom to each home. With more than 50 years of experience, it presents itself as a long-established local contractor.

The business is owner-operated, so the owner stays involved from the first consultation through the final walkthrough. Free estimates are offered, and the company says it is licensed and insured in South Carolina. It is based at 141 North Main Street in Summerville and serves the surrounding area, including Mount Pleasant, Goose Creek, North Charleston and Charleston. Bathroom remodels typically take two to three weeks, while full home renovations can run several months.
