The Crohn's and Colitis Dietitians provides medical nutrition therapy for inflammatory bowel disease, including Crohn's, ulcerative colitis, indeterminate IBD, microscopic colitis, J-pouch care and pre- and post-surgery nutrition. Its registered, licensed dietitians work one-on-one with people from age 3 and up, including those newly diagnosed and those with long-term or complex cases. The work centers on identifying trigger foods, expanding the diet and managing symptoms alongside doctor-prescribed medication.

Plans are customized to each person, and the team coordinates with a patient's other providers. Options include premium one-on-one coaching, a membership option, a pediatric program and free resources such as a 30-day Rainbow Challenge for people with a very short list of safe foods. Clients are served in all 50 states, Canada and internationally, and free discovery calls help people decide whether the program is a fit.
